RAD Diversified Investor REIT Call With Dutch Mendenhall (April 2022)
Dutch Mendenhall, CEO of Rad Diversified joined his investors in a zoom call recently to update them on the progress of the REIT and to answer any questions they may have had. RADD is pleased to report that the REIT is doing well and that investments are being made in accordance with "our plan for the worst methodology". Dutch answered questions the investors had and provided them with more current information about the REIT. Dutch discusses the new acquisition of fourteen hundred acres of farmland in Tennessee.
